This is a reproduction of the original portrait I made of Salvador Rikbaktsa.
Salvador belonged to the Rikbaktsa tribe, that lives on the Juruena River basin, in the Northwest of the State of Mato Grosso. This group’s self-denomination – Rikbaktsa – means “the human beings”.
